NICK Knowles has lifted the lid on his secret to feeling years younger - just days after debuting a brand new look.
The DIY SOS star, 61, left fans doing a double take last week during an appearance on the BBC's The One Show.

Nick chose his slot on the red sofa to publicly reveal his brand new beard, although some viewers felt it made him unrecognisable.
Now, Nick has revealed that dating much younger women helps him to feel as though his body clock has been in reverse, irrespective of how he looks.
Nick told that being in a relationship with 34-year-old Katie Dadrie is helping him stay young, adding: "You're as young as you feel."
The telly star has been dating Katie - an underwear designer and model - since 2021. The couple are engaged, although they are yet to set a date for their nuptials.

"I’ve been away for pretty much 18 months travelling, I’ve a lot of work on and Katie’s got a lot of work on with her business as well," he added. "So we will get around to it, but no set plans."
Nick is known for dating a string of younger women.
During the 90s, he was married to his first wife Gillian and they had three children together. They divorced in 2000.
He met his second wife, Jessica Rose Moor, in 2009 and they tied the knot three years later. He became a dad for the fourth time when their son Eddie was born in 2014.

Nick and Jessica separated in January 2016 but he supported her through her battle with cervical cancer, which she beat.
Following her recovery, Jessica decided to give their marriage a second try – but their relationship ended for good in December 2016.

The TV presenter went on to enjoy a short-lived romance with ex-Emmerdale star Gemma Oaten in 2017 – with the actress later claiming she was dumped by text.
She told : "I've learned to keep my guard up since meeting him."
That same year, Nick was spotted out at several dinners with Towie’s Pascal Craymer.
Pascal confirmed they were dating, adding: “He’s so lovely. We’re seeing how it goes. He gets portrayed badly but he’s a nice guy.”
But things quickly hit the skids.
Nick denied the pair had been a couple and, after they split up, Pascal accused him of having a midlife crisis and said she had blocked "creepy-crawly" Nick.
The dad-of-four is also said to have enjoyed flings with Rebecca Kearns, a marketing executive 30 years his junior, and Big Brother legend Aisleyne Horgan-Wallace, 45.
Nick and mum-of-two Katie got together three years ago. They have a 27-year age gap.
In January, it was briefly feared their romance had reached crisis point after Nick claimed to be "on relationship death row". It soon transpired he had been joking, however.

Last week, Nick appeared on The One Show with a giant beard and fans struggled to work out who he was.
It even caught the attention of host Alex Jones, who asked: "There's an elephant in the room here. Nobody's talking about it. There's a new look, Nick, going on well?"
