The real-life restaged murder trial has aired for three consecutive nights already
THE Jury: Murder Trial has left viewers scratching their heads after they spotted a big blunder with the show.
Fans of the Channel 4 mini-series were baffled by the flaw when they tuned in to watch Day 3 of the restaged, real-life murder trial.

The programme has aired every night since Monday and is based on the transcripts and statements from a genuine court case, although the identities and locations have been changed.
Two juries made up from members of the public are watching a reenactment of the trial with actors before they will be asked to reach their verdict.
They are both unaware of the other jury, as it is an experiment to see if two juries could reach different verdicts on an identical case.
But on Wednesday night, as the prosecution began to cross-examine defendant 'John Risedale', viewers could only notice one thing.

Writing on X, formerly known as Twitter, they were quick to share their own observations on the Channel Four show with other fans.
One wrote: "The main question on #C4TheJury is not Murder or Manslaughter. It’s why, when they have supposedly been in court for days, have none of the 24 jurors changed their clothes?"
Another added: "Some of the jurors are wearing the same clothes as they've done on previous days! Not sure this programme is keeping my interest!"
A third chimed in: "Hang on, don't these people have any clothes other than the ones they wore on day 1,2 and 3 ????"

And a fourth agreed: "They’re all wearing the same clothes again?? How can it possibly be ‘the next day’ every single time?!"
Someone else even asked: "So, everyone is wearing the same clothes in each episode because a) they're all slobs b) it was filmed in 1 day c) makes continuity easier. Anyone have the answer?"
Both juries were seen arriving at court at the beginning of the episode before making themselves cups of tea prior to the trial reopening.
Stay at home mum Jodie, 43, featured heavily in Tuesday's episode after she told her fellow jurors that the victim was "asking for it".
Jodie turned up again in Wednesday's episode while wearing the same navy blue top.
The 24 jurors have been tasked with trying to work out if defendant Risedale is guilty of deliberately murdering his wife 'Helen' with a hammer during a heated row.
Risedale's defence team have argued that he 'lost control' and believe he should only be convicted of manslaughter. The prosecution team are pushing for a murder conviction.
The episode finished with the jury continuing to discuss whether John Risedale is guilty of murder or not.
