HEARTBROKEN actress Jess Impiazzi has spoken for the first time about her split from footie love rat Jermaine Pennant - saying: "I wouldn't tolerate that again."
Jess says she "gave everything" to the relationship - which ended after she was told he had spent the night with a dominatrix - but things happened that "weren't acceptable".
She also speaks movingly about the couple's struggles with IVF and how she desperately wants children - but "only with the right person".
Jess, 34, said when talking about her relationship to Jermaine ending: “I think you learn lessons, don’t you, and I don’t think I’d ever tolerate anything remotely like that again.
"So maybe it was necessary so that, for my future, I don’t have anything like that ever again.”
In an upcoming episode of TV psychic Sally Morgan's That's Afterlife! podcast, Jess reveals how she thought she was dying when she began suffering with autoimmune condition lupus.

She said she had her breast implants removed because she feared they were making her ill.
Jess says: "So when I was getting sick, I thought it was my implants making me ill, and I've always had fake boobs since I was 18, because I'm so flat-chested and I was really, really insecure about it.
"When I got sick I had them removed because I thought it was that, but I don't think it was them now. I think it was the chronic stress of some other things going on.
"I had them removed and I've been very insecure and shy about that, and trying to hide."

Jess, who told in September last year how she had set a date to have her implants removed, clearly refers to ex-Liverpool and Arsenal winger Jermaine, 41, in all but name during the chat.
Sally, 73, says: "I think you were in a relationship then."
Jess responds: "Yes, I was."
Sally says: "I don't think you got the support you needed."
Jess replies: "No, never."
Sally suggests that instead of "building her up", it was "a bit of a weapon for him to use against you".
Jess says: "There was a lot of things that just weren't acceptable and I needed support."
The star, who lost her dad Colin, 70, to lung cancer in 2022, admitted she was also grieving over the breakdown of her relationship which Sally told her she "wanted to work".
Jess said: “100 per cent, yeah. I gave my all, but that was the problem. I gave everything.”
The Sun on Sunday revealed in December how Ex on the Beach star Jess had ended her two-year relationship with Jermaine after she found he had been sending racy texts to other women.
Friends had also told her he had spent the night with a dominatrix while on a raucous stag do in Ibiza in May - three months before she was diagnosed with lupus.
Kind-hearted Jess gave skint Jermaine until January 31 to get back on his feet before leaving her Surrey flat, and he is now thought to be staying with a pal.
He had hoped to try to win Jess back in the few weeks they were still living under the same roof - but he appears to already be moving on.
Last week we published snaps of Jermaine on a date with Hollywood actress Charlotte Kirk, 31.
In the chat, Sally says Jess was "very brave to pull away from a situation, because you could’ve stayed there and tolerated a situation that was killing you".
Jess said: “Yeah… I’ve said them exact words to my friends when I did pull away from the situation, was that... it felt like I was in a hurricane and I couldn’t get out, and I had to grab a branch and yank myself out before I got chucked out.”
At one point, when talking about being happy where she is living, Jess says: “I love my little safe space... but maybe with current circumstances, I am quite lonely because it’s just me.”
Sally suggests her home has been "spoiled" and Jess replies: "There was times I was thinking of selling up and leaving the country, to be honest.
"I’m in limbo, I guess, at the minute, with everything."
Jess said her love for acting has helped her get through an emotionally draining couple of years.
She says: “I feel like there’s a lot gone on, especially over the last two years, and I do feel that when I’m at work, or doing anything to do with me working, it pulls me out of a hole.
“So I love being at work, I love being busy.”
During her turbulent romance with footie bad boy Jermaine, Jess has struggled with various health issues, including being told by doctors she was going through the early menopause.
She told last year how she was going through IVF treatment to start a family with Jermaine - who was declared bankrupt last year after blowing his £10million fortune.
Speaking about the anguish, Jess says: “I’ve had a bit of a tricky time with IVF, and I think some chronic stress around that time obviously made my body just not work how it should’ve done.
“I desperately wanted children, but now I’m like I only want that with the right person, because I don’t want to make any mistakes.
“I didn’t have a nice thing growing up, and I don’t ever want children of mine to grow up with what I did.
“I do think certain things happen for a reason, as to why it hasn’t happened for me yet, but I just want to make sure that they’re loved and cared for and safe and they know they’ve got a safe space.
“I’d definitely be a good mum.”
Jess also said she feared she was dying when she began suffering with lupus.
She said: “I was diagnosed with lupus in August last year and that’s been really up and down.
“I’ve been really, really sick on days and it’s quite unpredictable.
"At one point I thought I was dying because the doctors couldn’t figure out what it was, because it’s quite hard to diagnose lupus.
"It wasn't until I was covered in rashes, and I'm very lucky to have a friend who's a doctor, and I was sending her pictures and she said, 'go and test for this, because you need to rule out lupus'.

"And it turned out it was lupus. It's an autoimmune disease so my body just kind of attacked itself."
