LOVE Island All Stars cast members are fuming after ITV declined to pay them an additional fee for returning to the villa after they were dumped.

Over half a dozen reality stars appeard in an episode that aired the night before the final and took part in challenge.

They were told to vote for the couple they thought were the least likely to work on the outside - thus causing them to miss out on a place in the final.

All the booted stars were flown back out to South Africa to make the dramatic return in the closing days of the show as well as the grand final.

The penultimate episode then saw Arabella and Adam booted out - one day before the first All Stars finals.

But they were dismayed to learn that bosses weren’t offering any payment for the bonus appearances.

A source told The Sun: “The Islanders are all paid a weekly salary for however long they last in the villa.

"But they believe they should have got a separate payment for their big return - especially as the producers milked a whole storyline out of the drama.

"They had their flights and accommodation covered by the production company, but many of them feel they should have got an appearance fee as well.

"Lots of them have been moaning on the group chat that they have been short-changed, especially as they already feel the original pay deal for All Stars was too low to begin with.”

When approached by The Sun, a spokesperson for Love Island said: “We don't comment on talent contracts or fees.”

We revealed how the stars were getting paid £2,000 a week to enter the show.

But many attempted to get a rise on that fee.

Insiders said the deal was a huge 433 percent increase on the usual £375-a-week but that some of the Islanders were greedy and insisting it was not enough

A source said: “Most of the returning stars have already filmed promo videos for Love Island All Stars but haven't signed their contracts.

"They are pushing ITV for more cash because they're saying £2,000 a week isn't enough.

"Many of the Islanders rely on their social media deals to make cash and by going into the villa, their revenue source will be down.

They want their pay to reflect this but Love Island bosses are holding strong.

"The All Stars cast are clubbing together to try and put the pressure on but as far as ITV are concerned, the pay deal on the table is good and fair.

"Ultimately the stars going back on the show will have a major profile lift from going back into the villa - plus they're basically getting paid to go on holiday.”

A second source added: “Love Island bosses are making a conscious effort to only cast stars who are actually looking for love."
