ONLY Fools and Horses legend Nicholas Lyndhurst is set to make an epic Hollywood comeback in a huge US sitcom.
The actor, 62 - who is best known for playing Rodney Trotter in the BBC show - will be back on our screens as Dr Alan Cornwall in Paramount+'s Frasier.
A source said: "Nicholas has signed on the dotted line to film another series.
"It’s a coup for the show because he’s so popular.
"Viewers love him."
Back in September fans were shocked as Nicholas looked completely different in the new Frasier reboot.
Frasier returned to our screens last year on the popular streaming service.
The programme has continued on from where it wrapped up in 2004.
Frasier originally aired on NBC for all 11 seasons between 1993 and 2004.
The new series will be filmed in a studio in Los Angeles.

The new reboot has seen Kelsey Grammer, 68, return to the show as Frasier Crane.
Kelsey has previously spoken out about how impressed he is with Nicholas' acting.
He told : "Nicholas Lyndhurst is co-lead in it. Nick and I fell in love when we were doing Man of La Mancha together.
" I warned them in America and I said wait until this guy gets here.
"You’ll be doing a scene with him and suddenly you realise he’s just run off with it.
"He’s an extraordinary actor, a dear friend. And I am so pleased."
He added: “I accuse him of being a bit of a sandbagger because you don’t see him coming and all of a sudden he’s getting all the laughs.
