Hannah showcased her very peachy rear on her Instagram Story.

The 33-year-old filmed herself trying to pull up her jeans whilst wearing a thong to show the results.
Hannah also showed fans more of her treatments by posting a video of herself getting a top-up filler in her face after being on All Stars.
Hannah received filler injections last summer and shared videos of the practitioner injecting it into her backside.
In the video, Hannah said: "So we're just adding a bit of volume to the top today.

"This is the first side. As always, you can't feel anything because I've been numbed up."
After she had both sides done, Hannah posted a pic of her bum with two white plasters on her cheeks.
Hannah rose to fame after starring in the first series of Love Island.
On her series she was the runner-up with her then-boyfriend Jon Clark.

On All Stars earlier this year, Hannah coupled up with Tyler Cruickshank but called it quits on the show.
The pair were dumped from the villa last month alongside Mitch Taylor and Liberty Poole.
