Marnie. 32, suggested reality TV bosses provoked the cast into having a row on the series - which originally tracked a boozy group of young Geordies as they lived together and went on wild nights out.

But the latest series featured the cast all grown up and reuniting for Marnie's wedding, and later on a family and friends holiday with their kids.

Unluckily for Marnie, tensions erupted around her wedding when she ran out of time to pick her maid-of-honour, a role her cousin Sophie Kasaei was hoping to fill.

"Me and Sophie spoke about that whole maid-of-honour storyline, we fully knew that was going to be hyped up for a storyline," Marnie revealed.

"Maybe I should have had Sophie as maid-of-honour but I was filming All Stars Shore at the time so I wasn't even in the country and I got back 10 days before my wedding. I didn't have time to organise it, it was one less thing to worry about.

"And then my manager at the time sort of suggested himself. And I just go with the flow.

"But me and Sophie spoke off camera loads, we fully knew it was going to be a storyline, and we just rolled with it. Then obviously all that stuff happened with Charlotte at the wedding, but that was just input from producers, you know."

The star went on to claim that producers trapped them into having it out on camera while they were very drunk.

"There was a lot of tension, there was so much tension. Rumours going round that people had said this and said that, people had issues with the kids, making noise, making mess, we were all making mess.

"This is what has been cut out. It's so frustrating. Charlotte and (her fiancé) Jake were cooking meals, leaving the dishes, we were making mess, just leaving it.

"The producers were like, 'we're getting cleaners in', you focus on doing the scenes. Filming. That's your job."

The friends failed to resolve their row leading to Charlotte flying home with Jake and her daughter Alba-Jean.

The meltdown has caused a huge rift between the friends, and asked if she'll do another series, Marnie said: "I don't know. I'm very torn.

"Because with the show if the producers were just really honest with us and were like, 'this is how it's going to be edited and this is how you're going to come across, and this is what we think is best for the show and we want to know if you're ok with it, or know your thoughts,' just that clarity. You prepare, you know what's coming.

"You're like, that's fine I am a reality TV star, I know what I signed up for. I'll take it.

"But it's when I'm constantly being told that like, 'no you've got nothing to worry about, everything is going to be amazing, it's really fair.'

"No, that to me is very manipulative.

"And I'd have to really think about it. And have serious conversations if I was to go back."

The reality favourite joined the MTV show in 2013.
