AMY Dowden gave her fans a behind the scenes health update after she was rushed into hospital.
The Strictly Come Dancing star took to social media from the comfort of a retreat after previously worrying her fans.
Amy, 33, previously shared she was diagnosed with stage three breast cancer back in May.
Earlier this month, things were initially looking positive as she revealed her hair has been growing back after undergoing chemotherapy.
However, earlier this week she worried her fans the Strictly professional shared a snap from a hospital bed.
But now it seems that she is firmly on the mend after she gave her devoted followers an update from her beach side abode.

She claimed: "I know so many of you have asked how I'm feeling. I'm feeling so much better.
"Still got a bit of a cough, but so much better, Thank you. The steroids, the nebulizer.
"It's it's really helping. But I've come away, look at the view! Even with the rain it's stunning and so relaxing!
"So I've come away as a bit of like a working trip as well, Because working on a secret project able to share with you later this year.

"But also with my lovely friend Abby, who is a nutritionist and helped me all the way through chemo.
"I shared quite a bit with you guys, but yeah, we're having a real you know, kick-start now.
"I really wanna be the healthiest I possibly can be in 2024."
She also decided to open up more about her lifestyle behind the scenes.
Amy added: "Got some new recipes, and I can't wait to share with you, and so many of you have asked about my hair.
"Remember, I was talking about bone broth during chemo. That's why we're gonna see how you make it. So, yeah, I hope all you're well, thank you so much for checking in on me," as she blew a kiss to the camera.
In the earlier posts, Amy was snapped with an oxygen mask on after she was rushed back into hospital.
The dancer stated: "Feeling much better and thanks for the many messages after going quiet!

She also said: "So last week didn't exactly go to plan! Feeling much better now and still taking it easy.
"But can't thank the NHS and the care I received on the respiratory unit enough!"
