BEN Fogle was reduced to tears during his new Channel 5 show as he revealed his ADHD diagnosis.
The adventurer and TV presenter, 50, is back on the network with his new series Into the Congo.
It will see Ben, who shot to fame on Castaway, spend a week in the mysterious and perilous place.
As he arrives in the rainforest, Ben is treated to a royal welcome by the The Mbendjele BaYaka tribe as they perform for him.
However, it reduced the dad-of-two to tears on the show.
"I can't even talk," he tells the camera, adding: "I haven't even got there and I'm overwhelmed."

As he approached their camp, Ben described it as a "roar" like "a stadium".
Ben previously announced he had been diagnosed with ADHD following a 'mental health crisis'.
He spoke honestly about the neurological condition in a moving post to fans.
Ahead of the show airing tonight at 9pm on Channel 5, Ben revealed his recent diagnosis resulted in his tears.

He explained to The Sun: "I've been recently diagnosed with ADHD and what that means is I have really strong emotions.
"It's why I cry so easily. But that means I don't just like someone I love someone."
He added: "I don't think I've ever had to hold back tears so much and I was really surprised by my reaction."
For Ben, his new series was more than a TV show: "My visit to the Congo was at a personal moment of internal chaos.
"To see the simplicity and the beauty and the raw love of that welcome... I was completely overwhelmed.
"If I think back to it now tears will start rolling down my face.
"The joyousness that I experienced in the Congo was unlike anything I had ever experienced anywhere else in the world."
Into the Congo with Ben Fogle airs Sunday at 9pm on Channel 5.
