STRICTLY Come Dancing star Giovanni Pernice appears to have a type – after hooking up with lookalike blonde models.
The pro dancer, 33, enjoyed a handful of dates with boxing ring girl Layla Brown, 27, before moving on just days later with her doppelganger, Molly Brown, 24.

Pals close to Layla revealed she secretly went out with the Italian hunk earlier this year after they became friendly online, before she dumped him.
A source said: “Giovanni had a few dates with Layla after he messaged her and started chatting her up.
“They had fun together but she ended it and he moved on.”
The Strictly champion was certainly no slouch, sparking up a romance with fellow model Molly seven days later.

The source went on: "It was over with Gio before he moved on with Molly but he certainly has a type.”
Giovanni, who won Strictly in 2021 with EastEnders actress Rose Ayling-Ellis, is understood to have first messaged Layla on Instagram in September last year.

He was said to be keen to take her out – but she was initially not interested.
However, he cha-cha-charmed her and eventually Layla agreed to go on a date a few months later.

Our source said: “Giovanni seemed to be really into Layla.
“She’s absolutely gorgeous so you can see why he was instantly attracted to her when he saw her.
“Things didn’t work out in the end and then Giovanni moved on with Molly.”
Layla, from Leicester, is signed up to Memo Management, a modelling agency supplying ring girls for boxing bouts.
She has recently been working for Frank Warren’s fight promotions firm Queensberry, while Molly is on the books at Scout Model Management.
We told last week how Giovanni and Molly were keeping their relationship a secret by deliberately not following each other on Instagram. However they do now.
Sicily-born Giovanni has previously dated stars including Pussycat Dolls singer Ashley Roberts, 42, and Love Island’s Maura Higgins, 33.
