Celebrity MasterChef sign up Netflix star and Line Of Duty legend for 2024 series alongside first Gladiator to take part
CELEBRITY MasterChef will see two stars of the small screen join the show's very first Gladiator for its brand new series.
The Sun can reveal actors from Netflix and the BBC are the latest names to sign up for John Torode and Gregg Wallace's cooking show.
Controversial comic Eshaan Akbar, best known for being on Sex Education and Line of Duty legend Rochenda Sandall are set to cook up a storm later this year.
It follows the signing of Gladiator Nitro, AKA Harry Aikines-Aryeetey.
The trio will battle it out to become the 2024 champion after Opera singer Wynne Evans was crowned last year.
Meanwhile a Christmas special saw returning contestants Mel Blatt, Richard Blackwood, Duncan James and Faye Winter go head to head for the Golden Whisk trophy.

Duncan came out on top, saying at the time: "Are you being serious?! Thank you so much, oh my God. I can't believe it.
"I'm just so happy. This is one of the best things that has happened to me."
As we reported earlier this month, Diane Carson became the first contestant to bag another big show after finding fame on The Traitors.
Irish Diane, from Lytham St Annes, Lancs, appeared on Claudia Winkleman's hit BBC murder-mystery game show alongside her son Ross.
She has signed up for Celebrity Masterchef alongside Geordie Shore star Charlotte Crosby, Steps singer Ian “H” Watkins, presenter Edith Bowman and Radio 1Xtra’s Snoochie Shy.
The 19th series is due to be screened later this year on BBC.
A Celeb MasterChef spokesman told us: "As always, we don’t comment on speculation and the line-up will be confirmed in due course."
