STRICTLY winner Ellie Leach said she would happily follow in former Corrie co-star Michelle Keegan's footsteps after her huge Netflix success.
TV star Ellie - who has already had success on the ITV soap and the BBC dance competition - is set to make her stage acting debut in Cluedo 2 later this year.
But the actress, 22, said she would never rule out pursuing a career stateside, especially after The Sun revealed that Michelle is poised to bag a multi-million-pound deal from Netflix that could see her crack America.
It comes off the back of the success of drama Fool Me Once — the streamer’s No1 TV series in the UK and the US.
Speaking exclusively to The Sun about a possible career in the US, Ellie said: "It [Fool Me Once] was amazing, it was so good.
"I don't put too much pressure on what I want because I just want things to happen so naturally but it would be amazing.

"Any career experience would be incredible.
"I'm just really excited to see what happens in the future."
Michelle's series was based on Harlan Coben’s novel — as ex-Army pilot Maya Stern struggling to cope with the death of husband Joe, played by The Hobbit star Richard Armitage.
An insider said of Stockport-born Michelle, who made her name as Corrie’s Tina McIntyre: “She’s proved you don’t have to be the stereotypical plum-voiced leading lady to appeal to an international audience.

“Michelle offers something different, but with all the charm, glamour and sex appeal that makes her one of Britain’s most exciting acting exports.
“America is seen as a market where they believe she could make the greatest impact.”
The insider added: “With so many rival streamers eyeing Michelle up now, it’s a no-brainer for Netflix to sign her.
"But they’re likely to have to offer her a six-figure sum to keep her for multiple projects.”
Last night Corrie favourite Ellie opened up about her romance with Strictly co-star Bobby Brazier.
She exclusively told The Sun: “We’re all on tour together, it’s been really nice to actually spend time with each other.
" During the show, you’re with your partner all the time really and you don’t really get to see any of the other pros or the celebrities.
