Commuters left stunned as BGT judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon and Bruno Tonioli catch tram to auditions
The show recently had an incident with an intruder
COMMUTERS were left stunned as BGT judges Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden, Alesha Dixon, and Bruno Tonioli caught the tram to auditions.
Auditions for the popular talent show are back with season 17 on the horizon.
The judges, dressed in their full glam and winter coats, opted for public transport to reach the auditions earlier today.
Taking to X/Twitter with a snap of the celebs at the tram stop in Media City, one user wrote: “Waiting for my tram and look who it is!!”
The judges appeared to be accompanied only by Ant McPartlin and Dec Donnelly.
Earlier this week, the stars arrived at the Britain’s Got Talent auditions in Manchester with numerous security guards.
It came after police were forced to swoop in on the show’s recent set of London auditions after a female intruder tried to make her way backstage at the iconic Palladium venue.
The intruder was thought to have got past by security guards and “trespassed” into a forbidden backstage area.
Now bosses have upped their security detail in order to make the A-list panel feel safe.
A show source said: “They hired extra security both inside and outside the venue in Manchester today .
“Simon and of course Ant and Dec have been surrounded by extra staff as they came in and security hasn’t left their sides all day.
“It will be an ongoing measure to ensure there is no disruption to their filming schedule.”
The security scare came after Ant revealed he is expecting his first child with wife Anne-Marie Corbett.
The baby is due in June, with Ant sharing the news with best pal Dec, who has two children of his own with wife Ali Astall.
