LOVE Island winners Kai Fagan and Sanam Harrinanan were left stranded in Sheffield yesterday as the city was hit by a snow storm.
Having enjoyed a glam night at the Mobo Awards, the pair prepared to drive home to Manchester the following day.
However, the weather had other plans and they were forced to spend another night after the snow made it impossible to leave.
Sanam filmed the couple's plight as they set off in the car, however, the city's hilly streets made it a tough task.
Taking a picture through the windscreen, she wrote: "It was at this point I wanted to just abandon my car [crying emoji] it wasn't making it up any hills! So we ended up reversing it down most roads lol and eventually managed to make it back to the main roads and into a hotel."
Kai got his hands dirty and helped push other motorists' vehicles as they struggled to get moving too.

It couldn't have been a bigger departure than the couple's recent holiday in sunny Trinidad and Tobago.
Earlier this week Sanam wrote on Instagram: "Had the most fun ever going back home and visiting my family and actually exploring the country I was born in!"
On the itinerary was the pair's first carnival fete.
Sanam said: "This was a really interesting one because it showcased all of the different cultures in Trinidad! We heard and saw a variety of dances, music, costumes and learnt so much about the carnival history!"

The tradition dates back to the 1700s when it was brought to the island by the French.
It was a vacation of firsts for the pair, who outlined other highlights from the trip.
Sanam continued: "We started of at Buccoo Reef Broad Walk and Beach where we also got to play with some steel pans!! Then visited Ford James where I had my first snow cone we then took a boat trip out into the ocean where we got the snorkel and see all the beautiful fishes in the sea & also went to the most shallow part of the ocean, situated in the middle of it, called Nylon Pool where you can stand up!!
"Apparently the water is magical and if couples kiss underwater you’ll stay together forever which is why you’ll see me and Kai trying to kiss underwater lol and to finish it off we spent time at the most popular beach called Pigeon point beach where I ate Bake n Shark."
The popular pair found fame when they won last year's winter Love Island. Months later they moved in together and are still going strong today.
