AN ‘underrated’ Brad Pitt movie, which fans have labelled the 'best war movie ever made', has rapidly climbed up the Netflix charts.
The film, written and directed by Suicide Squad creator David Ayer, was initially released in 2014 but has been reinvigorated by fans.
Netflix fans are clearly impressed with the streamer's new action-thriller movie addition, Fury.
The American war film follows a group of brave soldiers who take on a dangerous mission during World War II.
With 7.3million hours already viewed, it is easy to see why subscribers have been drawn to it.
Set in 1945, the film’s synopsis reads: “As the Allies make their final push in the European Theatre, a battle-hardened army sergeant named Wardaddy (Brad Pitt) commands a Sherman tank and her five-man crew on a deadly mission behind enemy lines.

Fury ranked ninth on Netflix's top 10 movies for the UK from January 29 to February 4 and has an impressive Rotten Tomatoes audience score of 76%.

Fans of Fury took to the review site and praised the popular film as one said: “It would be a massive five stars for me if for one thing -historical inaccuracy - besides that, epic movie.
"My dad was in the army, and he swore a lot and the fact they use that language all the time and my favourite bit is where they show the horrors of war when Norman has to shoot the German soldier.”

A third praised: “Definitely in the top tier of the WWII movies out there. Amazing acting all around.
"Story of a tank crew led by Brad Pitt that have survived the horrors of war from Africa all the way into the invasion of Germany.
"And the tole it's taken on their humanity. Truly an entertaining watch.”
While someone else chimed: “Hard to watch which, ironically, makes it one of the best war movies ever made.
"I have watched this movie three times since it initially came out.
“What comes through is the bond and love for your fellow soldiers requires the complete dehumanisation of the enemy.

Brad seems to be the appealing factor for many viewers, but Fury boasts an impressive all-star cast, including Jon Bernthal, Michael Peña, Shia LaBeouf, and Logan Lerman.
Before production started on the film, cast members underwent a boot camp so that they could experience toil and learn to rely on each other — the same way real tank soldiers did in the war.
In an interview about the experience with , Brad revealed: “It was set up to break us down, to keep us cold, to keep us exhausted, to make us miserable, to keep us wet, make us eat cold food.
“And if our stuff wasn’t together, we had to pay for it with physical forfeits. We’re up at five in the morning, we’re doing night watches on the hour.”
When it was released nearly ten years ago, Fury grossed $217million globally against a $68million budget.
Another Netflix show has been impressing fans who have praised it as a 'masterpiece' series which they binge-watched 'for ten hours straight’.
