Kady McDermott exposes secret Love Island feud between former friends Georgia Steel and Joanna

KADY McDermott has lifted the lid on Georgia Steel and Joanna Chimonides' secret feud.

The brunette beauty, who is close friends with Joanna, has responded to claims of a broken friendship between the villa pair.

Kady, who first found fame on the second series of the show before making a grand return to the ITV2 series last year, took to Instagram to give her insight into the 'feud'.

Fans had been under the impression the girls were good friends having previously been seen out and about together as well as regular interaction on social media.

A fan commented under the show's latest first look clip to ask about the closeness between Georgia and Joanna.

Tagging Kady for clarification, the fan said: "@kadymcdermott Aren't Joanna and Georgia S close friends, tho? Dosen't look real."

Alluding to an 'issue' between the pair, Kady confirmed they were not "close anymore" but insisted it was not her place to spill the beans on what went down.

Kady said: "Wouldn't say they're close anymore but not my place to discuss tbh."

The former make-up artist then appeared to throw shade at Georgia with a cryptic dig.

She added: "All I know is Jo is a genuine nice girl and deserves a genuine nice boy.

"Gee can't claim every boy in there cos she's had some form of 'history' snooze you lose x."

Georgia has had an up and down journey in the South African villa.

Having initially coupled up with Toby Aromolaran, their complicated history soon threatened to derail their budding romance.

With Toby keep to form a connection with other girls, Georgia eventually struck up a closeness with Callum Jones.

Her history with Tom Clare soon became a talking point as she appeared to play the two lads off against each other.

A shock recoupling led to her being led back into the arms of Toby as the villa aired their frustrations at her constant 'confusion'.
