Kady donned a matching set with a garter belt and sheer stockings.
She recently threatened legal action against her former Love Island co-star, Mitch Taylor, over his "lies".
Mitch previously slammed Kady in response to some of her remarks on various podcasts.
She branded the ITV2 personality as a Love Island "superfan" and claimed he'd applied four times for a place in the villa.

Kady has now taken to social media with a lengthy statement, as she addressed the fallout and said she had "sought legal advice" following some of Mitch's claims.
In a now deleted post, Mitch, 27, took to his Instagram story where he posted a selfie from his plush bedroom in South Africa.
But he just couldn't help himself as his first posts back on the platform consisted with a sly dig at his former rival, Kady.

He wrote: "I've had my phone back 3 hours, no way Kady is still talking about me."
Kady rose to fame after appearing on the second series of Love Island.
There she coupled up with Scott Thomas and the pair stayed together throughout the series.
Despite staying together post-show and moving in together, they parted ways after a year of dating.
Last year Kady returned to the villa for a second chance at finding love.
She joined the tenth series as a bombshell but was dumped from the Island after 25 days.
