Last month, Lauren lifted the lid on some behind-the-scenes romances she had on Gilmore Girls.

"We did not ever take our work outside of the work,” she told the fan, before adding: "But I did date a couple of the other guys."
“Guys, I mean, who else was I going to meet? I was there for 16 hours a day,” she continued.
She didn't divulge any information on who exactly she dated, but fans took a moment to fill in the blanks.
David Sutcliffe, who played Christopher was a popular guess, while others suggested Billy Burke, whose character Alex took Lorelai on a fishing date in Season 3.
While none of her flings were made public, she did end up in a long-term relationship on the job.
She and Peter Krause, who she starred with in Parenthood, dated for over 10 years before calling it quits in 2022.
Writing in her 2018 memoir "Talking As Fast As I Can", she revealed that Kelly Bishop, who played Lorelai's mum Emily, suggested that the pair should date.
“From the start of the show, Kelly [Bishop] named herself my TVM, or TV mom, by which she meant she was taking her character’s role seriously, beyond the pages or sets and out into the real world," she wrote.
"In a maternal, protective way, she found most of my boyfriends at the time lacking, and once told me I needed someone who was more my equal, like ‘that wonderful actor on “Six Feet Under,”’ she added.
Alexis, who played Lauren's daughter in the rom com, also went on to enjoy success after the show wrapped.
She played Ofglen in the Hulu series of The Handmaid's Tale for five years.
However, in 2022 she decided to quit the show to move on to new opportunities.
“After much thought, I felt I had to step away from The Handmaid’s Tale at this time,” she revealed to the outlet.
“I am forever grateful to [showrunner] Bruce Miller for writing such truthful and resonant scenes for Emily, and to Hulu, MGM, the cast and crew for their support.”
However, Alexis gave no reason for her departure, despite her longevity on the show.
