He had presented Strictly's spin-off series It Takes Two alongside former host Zoe Ball and then Janette Manrara.

The 35-year-old's exit had stunned fans after hosting the show for four years.

But now, in an exclusive chat with The Sun's TV Mag, former Big Brother host Rylan revealed he 'doesn't regret it'.

He explained: "When you tell your team that you’re walking away from the biggest show on telly, they s**t themselves as you’d imagine.

"In my heart, when you have such a life-changing reset, if you like, I knew that I needed different things now.

"I don’t regret it because I love it, it’s so nice to walk away from a success of a show on great terms with people and know that that door is open for you to pop in and see everyone, do you know
what I mean?

"It’s actually really, really nice, but yeah, I just knew that I had to go and try new things."

Since leaving the ballroom show he has been booked and busy, fronting various new shows.

The star has a brand new Prime Video series launching this month called Hot Mess Summer.

Like the title suggests, things do get messy as a bunch of party-loving Brits are send abroad to work in a busy bar after being nominated by their friends and family.

After hosting Sex Rated for E4, Clark will also front a new dating show that sees contestants go absolutely starkers.

Dating Naked UK will follow singletons as they live together while in their birthday suits as they attempt to find love.
