CORONATION Street star Gareth Pierce has publicly declared his love for one of his co-star's after an on-screen feud.
Gareth plays Todd Grimshaw in the ITV soap, and the character has clashed with Bernie Winter on a number of occasions in recent months.
The characters aren't always on good terms, but thankfully Gareth's off-screen relationship with actress Jane Hazlegrove - who plays Bernie - is full of banter and unmatched.
Gareth cleared the air and made it known that it was all love off-set after he took to Instagram and penned a love note to his rival.
Jane, 55, started the string of adorable exchanges on her social media platform, sharing a snap of the pair together, along with their fellow actor Michael Fatogun, who plays Moses.
She penned in the caption: "See! All pals off camera! I love working with these beauts! @levifatz and @garpierce.”

Gareth replied to the post and said: "Love ya".
The 42-year-old then joked about the signature neon yellow rubber gloves she wore on the soap.
He teased: "She says that [we're pals], but shortly after this, those yellow marigolds were slapped across my chops like a pair of Middle Ages gauntlets!"
Jane swiftly fired back, saying: "Middle-aged chop slapping.. think it might catch on?"

In recent scenes on the cobbles, the tension between Todd and Bernie has reached an all-time high, causing Moses to lose his job.
After Bernie, who is Paul's mum, spotted the pair embracing, she assumed their friendship had taken a romantic turn.
She then took it upon herself to call Moses' bosses, which resulted in him being suspended from his job, only to later reveal that he'd since been offered a position in London, far away from the street.

Corrie fans are now convinced that they have 'worked out' the heartbreaking twist Todd will be faced with after a fan favourite dies.
Viewers have predicted that once his former lover Paul passes away from assisted suicide, a gutted Todd will be exiting the show
But some other fans have theorised that there will be a further twist in store for the character.
One fan of the soap opera penned on X(Twitter): "How long after paul dies till todd and billy are back together? i give it 72 hours."
Another added: "I hope Billy doesn’t end up back with Todd when Paul’s gone."
A third commented: "I suspect Billy and Todd (AKA Tilly) will happen during Paul's illness or after Paul's death. #Corrie #CoronationStreet I hope I'm wrong."
