Rebecca, 39, announced she was stepping down from her role as Deputy Leader of UKIP after almost 18 months on January 10, around the same time that her health battle is believed to have began.

Confessing that doctors were classifying her as a "potential bowel cancer" patient, her illness has seen her lose weight at a worrying decline.

Writing in length on X - formerly Twitter - the Big Brother 2017 star said: "The last 3 weeks have been horrendous.

"I’m now classed as a ‘suspected bowel cancer’ case. I’ve lost 1 stone & 3lbs in 2.5 weeks.

"I can’t eat. I’ve had 2 blue light trips to hospital & morphine doesn’t cure the pain."

Despite doctors fearing the worst, Rebecca told her fans that she wasn't worried that it could be a potential cancer diagnosis as she thanked people for their support during her ordeal.

Rebecaa added: "Do I think I have ‘bowel cancer?!’ Absolutely not… but something is very wrong.

"I do read all your messages - thank you! But I’m exhausted. Ideas & suggestions have been super helpful."

Adding to her distress, Rebecca admitted she felt "let down" by the NHS' A&E department slamming them as "incompetent" in a scathing message about how they handled her illness.

However, the reality TV star and one-time detective agency owner, admitted praise for her local GP team whom she revealed had been by her side every step of the way amid her cancer fears.

Rebecca said: "A&E have been THE WORST… but my GP & other consultants have been the best!

"I speak a lot of NHS incompetence, it’s only fair I speak when they get it right too. A consultant referred me under the 2 week rule at 11am today.

"By 7pm, the hospital called, booking me in for the investigation she required. That’s incredible.

"It’s day 20 of the ‘s**t show of my stomach’, and 3 weeks tomorrow since I was first taken to hospital.

"I’ll get to the bottom of this, and hopefully it will help SO many of you who have similar issues!"

'INCOMPETENCE'

Rebecca first rose to fame in 2015 with daytime TV and media appearances, including This Morning and Loose Women, where she actively promoted her "honey-trapping" business, in which she and her team would catch cheating partners in the act.

Her controversial personality led the star to make headlines with ITV often asking her to appear on their daytime programmes.

She was then selected to appear on Big Brother alongside close pal and rumoured boyfriend at the time, Ex On The Beach star Kieran Lee.
