TRACY Barlow is back to her old tricks as she embarked on an affair with another man in the cobbles.
Unfortunately for her, Steve McDonald's absence from Coronation Street is short-lived and he catches her with her lover next week.
The co-owner of Street Cars (played by Simon Gregson) temporarily left the ITV cobbles to catch up with his daughter Emma Brooker, believing his bride could be trusted on her own.
However, what Steve failed to remember is that Tracy (Kate Ford) can't be given the benefit of the doubt if she's in the company of another man.
In recent scenes of the Manchester-based drama, the couple hired former football star Tommy Orpington (Matt Milburn) for some redecorating in No.1.
As soon as Steve left, both Tracy and Tommy let their wildest impulses take over and they began an affair.

Next week, the pair may have a lot of explaining to do as Steve rocks back up Weatherfield from his trip earlier than expected.
Coming up, as Sally and Tim Metcalfe (respectively portrayed by Sally Dynevor and Joe Duttine) vie for Tommy’s attention, Tracy grabs her moment with Tommy.
She tells him to call in the shop with his invoice as Steve’s due back the following day and it’ll be their last chance to spend time together.
Steve arrives home early in other scenes and, preparing a French buffet, he tells Ken Barlow (William Roache) and his daughter Amy (Elle Mulvaney) that he intends to impress Tracy.

He's clearly hopeful - after months of tension, as he told his pal Tim Metcalfe months ago, Steve declares he's determined to put the zing back in their marriage.
However in the flower shop, Tracy turns the sign to "closed" as she kisses Tommy.
Finding the shop locked, Steve shouts he knows she’s in there.
