BBC BREAKFAST and Morning Live stars clashed over a timing blunder during today’s programme crossover.
Sally Nugent and Welsh presenter Gethin Jones exchanged some tense few words as the morning news show gave a sneak peak at what was coming up.
Before today’s Morning Live episode kicked off, BBC Breakfast presenter Sally was forced to awkwardly correct Gethin after he assumed that she had mistakenly gotten the time wrong.
After Sally and her co-star, Jon Kay, delivered the latest news headlines on the famous red sofa, they passed the show on to Gethin and Helen Skelton via video link to give viewers an insight into what was coming up on their show.
However, Gethin appeared to be baffled at what Sally had said.
While introducing the upcoming Morning Live show, Sally said: "Now, it's 25 past 8, Morning Live follows us on BBC One this morning.

“Let's find out what they have in store today and it's Helen and Gethin, morning!"
The camera then cut to the studio, and Gethin sarcastically responded: "25 past 8 Sal, shall we do it now, shall we do the show now? We'll do it half 9! We'll tell you what's coming up now and do the show at half 9."
A confused Helen tried to correct Gethin's mistake by stating that Sally mentioned the correct time, but he was too busy sharing what was coming up on their show.
Seemingly unaware of what his co-host said, the 45-year-old continued: "See you at 9:30, Sal, not 25 past 8!"

Sally quickly interrupted and corrected him as she clarified: "No, I said it's 25 past 8 now. I'm not sure you were listening?"
Responding to her reply, Gethin joked, "I knew it would always be my fault in the end,” as Sally laughed off the moment and claimed she was deflecting.
This incident is not the first time a blunder has occurred between Gethin and the BBC Breakfast presenters.
Last year, the hosts teased that they only watched Morning Live because TV food chef Nigella Lawson appeared on it.
At the time, Gethin was in a Christmas mood as they discussed different cakes, but as he started randomly singing Christmas-inspired songs, Helen quickly warned him to stop.
Gethin then replied: "I'll let Noddy do the singing."
In the BBC Breakfast studio, Jon replied to Gethin and swiped: "You're meant to be encouraging us to watch Gethin,” but as the Morning Live host quickly hit back and replied: "It's a great show coming up at 9:15, Jon."
Most recently, Gethin revealed that he was forced to withdraw from a crucial fund-raising challenge on' doctor's orders'.
