JEREMY Kyle has opened up about the personal and terrifying reason he refuses to get a vasectomy.
The TalkTV presenter, 58, welcomed his sixth child - daughter Iris Rose Victoria Kyle - with wife Julia, 40, last week.
The new arrival completes the presenter's family unit - with two children with 'soulmate' Julia, and four more children from previous relationships.
In a brand new interview with The Sun, Jeremy opened up about how while he has no intention to expand his family anymore, a longheld fear is preventing him from getting a vasectomy.
In a brave confession, Jeremy spoke about his testicular cancer battle 12 years ago, for which he underwent surgery to remove a testicle.
He also had rounds of chemotherapy in order to get back on his feet.

He said: "This is really personal, but after what happened to me and now only having one testicle, the thought of having anyone go anywhere near my nether regions again is actually quite frightening."
Jeremy joked he now had 'more children than Boris Johnson' and added that now he had 'three for each side of his coffin' he has no interest in having anymore.
The TV presenter, who now hosts TalkTV's breakfast show with Nicola Thorpe, said the diagnosis marked the start of a difficult decade.
This included the end of his second marriage, and the end of his ITV talk show The Jeremy Kyle Show.
