A NEW LOVE Island style dating show has been thrown into chaos after one huge star was forced to pull out.
The totally new wild dating show is being backed by MTV and will air on Paramount+ later this year.
The as yet-untitled series follows a group of singletons looking for love in a lavish villa - only they’re all completely NAKED.
It is due to become one of the most eye-popping programmes ever shown on telly, with currently only Channel 4's Naked Attraction claiming the title.
But the format has suffered a massive blow after a fan fovourite celeb failed to sign on the dotted line at the last minute after entering final stage talks.
A TV insider said: "Bosses were desperate to sign a celebrity for their naked dating show as they knew it would get tongues wagging, and it’s something that Naked Attraction has always struggled to do.

"After struggling to persuade various stars to strip off, they hit the jackpot by eventually managing to sign a well known female reality star who appeared to have no qualms about disrobing on telly.
"But things hit a snag when the celeb in question got cold feet and backed out just before filming began.
"Producers were pulling their hair out as it caused lots of chaos behind the scenes, but after scrambling for several days to unsuccessfully find a replacement, they’ve decided to change the format and just have the cast of naturists made up entirely of normal people instead."
MTV's sister channel VH1 aired three series of a naked dating show in America in 2014.

Three series of the American reality show, called Dating Naked, were made in Panama, the Philippines and Bora Bora.
But although all the singletons were bare, the cameras never showed their private parts and opted to blur them out.
