Nick Knowles admits he’s on ‘relationship death row’ with fiancee Katie after making huge mistake

NICK Knowles jokingly admitted that he's on 'relationship death row' with his fiancee Katie Dadzie after making a huge mistake.

The 61-year-old, who proposed to Katie, 33, in July last year, took to Instagram to share what had happened.

Nick wrote: "Men people! Or very sympathetic women people?

"Might need your help. You know when we kinda tune out when our partners are talking and just throw in the occasional yes or uh huh!

"Well apparently she ended with 'I love you' and I answered 'Yes'.

"Answering in the affirmative in this instance was not what was required."

He continued: "I am currently on relationship death row awaiting sentence.

"Any advice on restitution would be much appreciated."

Nick got down on one knee in the US while he was filming over there during the summer.

Katie later showed off her £50,000 sparkler — after he proposed with a Haribo sweet ring.

A source said: “Nick and Katie have been on cloud nine since he proposed.

“The Haribo ring was a bit of fun — but Nick of course wanted to give her a real treat, so he splashed out on this beautiful ring.”

The couple have been dating since 2021, after they met when Katie's daughters became pals with Nick's son.

Nick has had a number of relationships in the public eye over the years.

The DIY SOS presenter is also dad to four children.

Nick's first marriage was to his ex wife Gillian, who he tied the knot with in the 90s, but they divorced in 2000.

They share two kids.

Nick married second wife Jessica Moor in 2012, three years after they started dating.

They two share a son Eddie in 2014, but split two years later.

He also shares a child with dancer Paula Beckett.
