BRITAIN’S Got Talent has sent three acts straight to the live shows already, as the judges seemed easier than ever to impress.
During filming for the first show, at the London Palladium yesterday, 20 performers auditioned in front of the panel and a studio audience.
And Simon Cowell, Amanda Holden and Bruno Tonioli used their golden buzzers to put a hat-trick of hopefuls through to the live rounds.
The buzzer is usually saved for the cream of the crop, with each panellist given the opportunity to press it once in the series.
But after Bruno broke the rules last year by bashing his multiple times throughout the audition process, the rest of the panel aren’t holding back.
A TV insider told me: “Bruno was almost moved to tears watching his golden buzzer dance act, and was first to slam down on the button so hard it cracked.

“He was shortly followed by Simon, who sent a Japanese dance act through to the live shows.
“And finally, Amanda was so impressed by a female theatre singer that she was keen to give a shot in the live rounds.
“She was last to press the buzzer.”
If the show sticks to its traditional rules, it leaves just three golden buzzers for the remaining auditions across the UK.

Alesha Dixon, show hosts Ant & Dec and the audience are yet to pick their favourites.
But if Simon’s opening words are anything to go by, then they might have scrapped the one-buzzer rule entirely, thanks to ex-Strictly Come Dancing judge Bruno.
Simon told the crowd at the Palladium: “I’m very excited. We don’t know who is going to come on and we’ll meet people together.
“This year there’s just one rule — be as naughty as you want.”
He might regret saying that with Bruno around.
TIM: LOVE IS THEIR BUSINESS
IT’S far from Love Island, but if romance starts blossoming between candidates on The Apprentice, Tim Campbell isn’t going to be the one who stops it.
The businessman, who sits alongside Lord Sugar and Karren Brady on the show’s panel, admits he’s not bothered by a bit of flirting between the wannabe entrepreneurs.
He admits: “We’re not following them 24 hours a day, or into the toilet like some reality shows have done.
“I just care that candidates focus on the task, as long as it doesn’t distract from how they perform and what we’re trying to do. But the reality is that we’re only human.
“The only romance Lord Sugar refers to is with his beautiful wife, Lady Ann – so thankfully that’s the only one we really have to focus on.”
WITH The Traitors coming to a close tomorrow night, the show’s global counterparts are coming to iPlayer following its success on BBC One.
The Australian, American and New Zealand seasons will be uploaded to stream online, so fans can keep getting their fix for the rest of the year.
The Apprentice returns to BBC One next Thursday.
ACTING LESSONS WITH BILL
A RETIRED police officer and a professional playwright will be two of the aspiring actors on Bill Bailey’s new talent show Bring The Drama.
As part of the BBC series, eight hopefuls with a love of acting but who have never had a lucky break will get to practise their craft on the sets of the UK’s most celebrated dramas, including Peaky Blinders and EastEnders.
They will be overseen by a top casting director and acting coach as they to try to make it big.
Former copper George says: “You might be forgiven for thinking I would make a good telly cop, but I am more for a down-to-earth man-on-the-street role.
“I have it in me to be an actor and I know this is my big chance.”
Bring The Drama will air later this year on BBC Two.
MASKED SINGER’S GOULD & SILVER
ELLIE Goulding cements her place on primetime telly as she poses in a silver frock on this weekend’s The Masked Singer.
And it’s not just the pop star’s appearance that will be the talk of the town.
Ellie helps fellow panellist Jonathan Ross wind up Rita Ora in one hilarious scene.
The chat show king says: “Have you seen Ellie sing live? She’s amazing.
We work with Rita, she’s not bad, but when you hear someone who can sing, it’s amazing!”
Rita hit back: “Have you heard Jonathan’s album? Exactly!”
He laughs: “It’s so good they decided not to release it.”
Tune in for all the japes this Saturday at 7pm on ITV1.
NOT JUST A TINIE PROBLEM
IT almost all goes wrong for Tinie Tempah in tomorrow night’s Extraordinary Extensions.
Property flippers Bianca and Lee, who have previously renovated 18 houses, are trying to turn a gutted property into their five-bed dream country home.
But their budget, set at a generous £500,000, quickly spills over and they end up forking out double to bring their vision to life.
And it’s partly thanks to a 100 square metre kitchen that they never plan to cook in.
Rap star Tinie says: “All of that kitchen is just for them not to cook in it – and the space alone is the size of a small new-build home.
“The island counter – well, it’s the size of Mauritius. It’s absolutely huge.
“These two are like king and queen of the manor, they’re living the high life.”
The episode is on Channel 4 tomorrow night at 8pm.
NETFLIX’S latest crime drama has just landed.
Sofia Vergara transforms into ruthless Colombian cartel leader Griselda Blanco in the eight-part series, following her journey from aspiring drug dealer to “The Godmother of Cocaine”.
The series is available to stream now.
KEN YOU BELIEVE ISLE RAT?
LOVE Island has seen some nasty moments over the years but I thought the All Stars gang might have grown a little wiser.
Chris Taylor – who has appeared as one of the Kens in Margot Robbie’s Barbie since his first stint in the villa – has proved otherwise.
Tonight he ditched Arabella Chi for a girl nearly ten years his junior, Sophie Piper.
Arabella is already licking her wounds as she’s fresh from her real-life break-up with Man City’s Ruben Dias.
She sobbed to Chris: “You’ve made me feel like I’m not enough.”

He spat back multiple times: “Lower your tone.”
I think you’re more likely to be finding an Ofcom letter in the post than an Oscar, Chris.
