Denise Van Outen and Johnny Vaughn tease secret project together after ending bitter feud

DENISE Van Outen and presenter Jonny Vaughn have teased that they are working on a secret project.

The famous TV pairing met up together after ending their bitter feud, for what seems to be a business meeting.

Denise, 49, took to her Instagram as she was seen looking cosy with her former Big Breakfast co-host.

She posted a picture of the former Channel 4 duo as they posed together at a swanky looking restaurant.

He placed an arm tenderly over the former Strictly Come Dancing star's shoulder as she was left sitting by the table.

They kept it casual as Johnny, 57, donned a navy turtle-neck jumper and jeans, whilst she wore a plunging striped cardigan.

This was alongside several historic photos of the pair working together in the nineties and noughties.

She cryptically captioned the snap: "Writing and planning @vanouten_denise @johnny_vaughan66 'To be continued’."

Denise first presented the Big Breakfast back in 1996 as part of a relaunch of the morning programme.

The blonde bombshell often played up to her Essex background while Johnny joked his way through the off-the-wall style segments.

Although the pairing was firmly cemented on-screen, she later departed the show in January of 1999 because of a pay row.

But she later returned to the show in 2000 after a string of failed pairings, they both left in 2001 as their contracts expired as the show failed to be revived.

In January 2008, the pair reunited on Capital Radio after she joined Johnny on the breakfast show.

However, she soon departed the station half way through her contract.

Denise and Johnny later patched things up for good as they reunited to co-host the now-axed Channel 4 daytime show, Steph’s Packed Lunch.

The duo even made fun of their historic dispute on Steph’s show during a humorous First Dates-inspired skit.

When asked by the cameraman if they would like to see each other again, Denise exclaimed: "The only thing is, he talked a lot about how he used to make more money than me, but that’s fine."
