EastEnders’ Whitney Dean shows off huge baby bump as Shona McGarty films final scenes after sensationally quitting soap
WHITNEY Dean has been seen sporting a baby bump in EastEnders as actress Shona McGarty films her final scenes on the soap.
Shona, 31, revealed a few months ago that she would be quitting the show after playing the role of Whitney for 15 years.
The EastEnders star was only 16 when she first got cast, and will be giving her character a big send off with a shocking pregnancy storyline.
Walford locals Whit and Zack Hudson (played by James Farrar) have been trying to have a baby for a long time.
Whitney previously had to terminate a pregnancy after finding out her baby girl suffered from Edwards' Syndrome.
This meant little Peach would not have survived long after birth.

The market trader was left devastated by her loss, and swore she would never try and have a biological child again.
Her and Zack put themselves forward for foster care instead, and ended up looking after a young boy over the Christmas period.
However, Ashton soon got adopted, leaving the couple more lonely than ever.
In some of Shona's shocking final scenes, her character was found to be pregnant again.
Photos of Whitney with a big baby bump have been released, reassuring viewers that this pregnancy should not be terminated.
However, many soap fans are worried that they will see Whitney die during childbirth, as they know her time on the show is coming to an end.
