AFTER being dragged back to the Dales to avoid a certain death, Aaron Dingle has failed to build bridges.
The troublesome character played by Danny Miller gives up and decides to make his way out of Emmerdale once and for all.
Chas Dingle (played by Lucy Pargeter) is facing the ordeal of a lifetime as she finds out she has breast cancer.
The Woolpack bar manager has decided to keep her condition a secret, which concerns her current love interest Liam Cavanagh (Jonny McPherson).
Next week on ITV, the village GP tries to reassure Chas as the furtive pair talk about her prognosis and he tells her that informing her family is the best option.
A galvanised Chas soon agrees and she makes the decision to tell them - but there's one member of the Dingle clan that may be reluctant to open his heart to her.

Chas has had a complicated relationship with her son Aaron for several years and he even disowned her completely after finding out about her affair with Al Chapman.
Upon being brought back to the eponymous village by his two uncles, Cain Dingle and Caleb Miligan, Aaron made it clear he would never bond with his mother again as he has continually showed her disrespect.
Later at the pub, as the family argue, Chas explains what is going on and everybody reels from the news.
The shocked yet supportive family gather around Chas except for Aaron who keeps his distance.
