THEY say all good things must come to an end, and that is very much the case for one former Strictly star.
Jamie Laing, who danced his socks off on the show in 2020, told fans he was "gutted" by his decision.
The former Made In Chelsea favourite has been hosting his Private Parts podcast for seven years but has decided to step down.
In an emotional video, which was shared on his and the podcasts' Instagram, Jamie broke the news to followers.
The clip started with Jamie getting comfy in his chair, as the words: "We have... some news."
After adjusting his headphones, Jamie said: "Hello friends. This is a bit of a strange episode I suppose, because it's going to be my last episode of Private Parts.

"It's been seven years, it's been incredible. God, this isn't going to be cheesy is it? This isn't goodbye, but it's farewell for now, I suppose," he added.
Looking sincerely gutted to be leaving the podcast that sees fellow celebrities open up about their most intimate stories, Jamie continued: "But truly, from the bottom of my heart, a huge thank you to everyone whose made this possible.
"A huge thank you, love you, goodbye."
Fans rushed to the comment section, with one sharing how Jamie's podcast had impacted her: "The first podcast I ever listened to , you kept me company while I did my night feeds when I had my first baby who is now 7! You made me laugh on sad and happy days! You will be missed."

In a comment underneath the video, Jamie further elaborated: “For the past seven years, ‘Private Parts’ has been more than just a podcast; it has been a journey filled with laughter, insights, and unforgettable conversations.
“To our loyal listeners, your support has been the backbone of this adventure. Each episode was a labor of love, fueled by your engagement and enthusiasm. You welcomed us into your lives, shared your time, and became a part of this incredible community. For that, I am eternally grateful.”
“To our distinguished guests, your willingness to share your stories, experiences, and private parts of your lives added depth and authenticity to our show.
“You brought diverse perspectives, wisdom, and humor, enriching every conversation. Your contributions have been invaluable, and for that, I extend my heartfelt thanks.”

The Candy Kittens founder will be keeping his other podcasts up and running.
He hosts the popular Newlyweds podcast with Sophie where the couple delve into hilarious stories together.
Jamie also has a BBC Radio 1 podcast called 6 Degrees from Jamie and Spencer, with his best pal Spencer Matthews.
The reality star was partnered up with Karen Hauer on the hit BBC dancing show and made it to the final.
