Telly fave Lorraine stripped off to a plunging swimsuit which showcased her gorgeous curves.
The bubbly host wore her hair back and finished the revealing look with a necklace and brightly painted nails.
And in a bold move, the sofa queen quickly charged into the chilly waters of the Scots beauty spot.
The breathtaking snap comes ahead of the ITV star's first book release, titled The Island Swimmer.
Lorraine revealed the exciting career shake-up last year, leaving fans itching to pick up a copy.
Taking to social media today, she said: "I've just written my first ever novel, it's called The Island Swimmer and it's set here in beautiful Orkney
"It's all about love, loss, relationships and coming to terms with things in your past.
I really hope you like it, it's out in February. Do let me know what you think.
