GMB’s Charlotte Hawkins mortified after leaving her underwear behind in the studio – blushing ‘it’s so embarrassing’

GOOD Morning Britain's Charlotte Hawkins left mortified as Ben Shephard revealed she left her used underwear in the studio.

The embarrassing gaffe was meant to be kept under wraps, but cheeky Ben couldn't resist making his co-star squirm.

It began when Charlotte said: "I have this fear of leaving something behind and it’s gone forever."

Ben then said: "But you have left stuff in the past haven’t you, embarrassing things you left once, so that would be the fear.

"Charlotte once got changed behind a curtain and left all of her gear, including all of her underwear, and someone had to go and get it and send it back to her."

A stunned Charlotte cried: "What?"

Undeterred, he continued: "So once you’ve done that once, you have to sort of panic."

Charlotte complained: "I’m regretting telling you that story earlier this morning that I wasn’t necessarily going to share with people.

"If I had done, I might’ve toned it down a bit."

Ben continued: "The stage manager that had to go and fold up all your gear."

"I was so mortified," said Charlotte.

"And also they had folded it in a little neat pile for me, including my pants sat right at the top, which was so embarrassing."
