‘It’s nonsense!’ rage Emmerdale fans as legendary character at rock bottom brutally snubbed by village
EMMERDALE fans have raged 'it's nonsense!' after a legendary character at rock bottom was brutally snubbed by the village.
The ITV soap has seen plenty of heartbreak and tension between villagers already this year.
But one person who is really pushing people's buttons is Aaron Dingle.
The character returned last year but his aggressive and disruptive behaviour has isolated him from many of his loved ones.
In the latest episode, Aaron dished out cruel jibes while drinking at The Hop.
Victoria Sugden did her best to try and sober him up by suggesting he have some food, but he replied: "Professional opinion is that, doctor? How about I prescribe myself another one of these while you decide who's coming out with me tonight."

Aaron was swiftly told by other guests that no one wanted to hang out with him when he was like that, to which he replied: "Fine, I'll sit here and have a drink on my own, quietly."
But later, he couldn't help but issue insults to Moira Barton and Cain Dingle, who he's already had a number of runs in with lately.
It lead to Victoria kicking him out of the bar, and Aaron sitting alone outside in the rain.
Cathy Hope -who recently lost brother Heath in a car crash which she has been blamed for - asked if he was OK and Aaron told her: "Don't kid yourself, you're just like me, you're tainted, don't expect that to change, and then you can't be disappointed."
Ethan also tried to speak to Aaron, and the scenes prompted fans of Aaron to take to X - formerly Twitter - to share their sympathy for what he's been going through since sister Liv died.
One Emmerdale wrote: "Aaron's family has no empathy for him whatsoever. And it gets worse if you think that a few months ago Paddy was suffering from mental problems.
"They just want him to stop being such an inconvenience. Danny amazing actor as always."
Another added: "I don't really understand what they're doing with this Aaron storyline. It should be a mental health storyline.
"But no one mentions his mental health or that he should seek professional help. People are saying that he just needs to grow up and stop complaining."
A third tweeted: "Never particularly liked Aaron as a character but not sure what the scriptwriters were thinking of to turn him into this, it’s nonsense."
Meanwhile a fourth shared: "Why is Aaron being treated like he's a serial killer that's just got out of prison, it's well over the top."
Emmerdale airs on ITV1 and is available on ITVX.
