HANNAH Elizabeth revealed that she spent £20k for a 'Bratz Doll' makeover before returning to Love Island for the All Stars show.
Fans of All Stars noticed the 33-year-old had undergone a significant transformation since her last screen appearance.
Having opted for her initial breast augmentation at the age of 20, Hannah openly acknowledges spending more than £20,000 in the past decade to enhance her natural beauty.
Hannah told the : "Hair extensions, colour, I’ve been in the gym. Everything I could have done I’ve done it. New lashes, new nails. I’m as prepped as I could be.
"Everyone on Instagram has gone very neutral and clean. I just want to bring back Hollywood glamour, the very over the top glamour because that’s what I love."
