Strictly pro dancer fuels rumours he’s set to QUIT show in shock move as he lands new judging job on rival show
A STRICTLY Come Dancing star has left fans convinced they're about to quit the BBC show for good.
It comes as the professional dancer shared an impressive career update last night with fans.
They revealed they've landed a huge promotion on a rival show - back in their home country.
Gorka Márquez posted the news on Instagram and said: "I finally can share the news that I will be one of the Judges in the Spanish version of Strictly “Bailando con las Estrellas” @bailandoest
"So excited to back in Spain and doing the show that changed my whole life, and excited to be sat on the other side of the floor this time even if I am not sure I will be able to hold my self and not dance.
"First show is this Saturday and I can’t wait."

The post raked in thousands of likes and comments from fans who congratulated the star.
Gorka's fiancee Gemma Atkinson penned: "Woohoo! So proud and so excited to watch (if I can figure out the Spanish tele)."
And a string of his Strictly co-stars reacted, with Karen Hauer writing: "Si señor!!!!!"
Janette Manrara said: "Felicidades!!"
And Kai Widdrington said: "Get in brother congratulations."
Others feared he could be set to leave th UK version, and one penned: "Congrats Broski! Will you still dance on UK's Strictly? I’m so proud of what you’ve achieved so far."
Another said: "Congratulations xxx please tell me this doesn’t interfere with Strictly?"
Throughout the past seven years, Gorka has danced alongside various celebrities, from singer Alexandra Burke to model Katie Piper and, most recently, radio host Nikita Kanda.
Though Gorka has yet to clinch the glitter ball trophy.
During an Instagram Q&A, a fan asked Gorka: "Are you returning to Strictly Come Dancing next year as a professional dancer?”
The pro dancer expressed uncertainty, raising concerns as he has been a part of the show for the last seven years.
Gorka replied: "I get asked this a lot! I hope so, it’s not my decision but I would love to!!
"It's the best show on TV and I am grateful to have the chance to be a small part in it."
