Dancing On Ice stars Hannah Spearritt, Amber Davies & Claire Sweeney brave the chill & glam up to launch new series
GLAMMED-UP Dancing On Ice skate stars brave the chill yesterday to launch this year’s series.
Contestant Hannah Spearritt, 42, of S Club 7, rose to the challenge in pink, while rink pro skater Vanessa Bauer, 27, flashed a smile in a cheeky sheer dress.
Other contenders putting on their glad rags for the ITV1 show included former Love Islander Amber Davies, 27, ex-Olympic ski jumper Eddie the Eagle, 60, actress Claire Sweeney, 52, and ex-boxer Ricky Hatton, 45.
But host Holly Willoughby, who stepped back from TV after an alleged kidnap plot — was not at the event at Bovingdon Airfield Studios, Herts.
She and co-host Stephen Mulhern will launch the new series on Sunday, at 6.30pm.
TV personality Miles Nazaire, comedian and writer Lou Sanders, actor Ricky Norwood, radio presenter Adele Roberts, actor Ryan Thomas and Emmerdale's Roxy Shahidi will also compete.

Former Gogglebox star Stephen Lustig-Webb was due to feature but was forced to pull out after breaking his left ankle during ice skating training, with Olympian Eddie "The Eagle" Edwards taking his place.
The pro skaters this year are Vanessa Bauer, Brendyn Hatflied, Slyvain Longchambon, Colin Grafton, Robin Johnstone, Andy Buchanan, Mark Hanretty, Anette Dytrt, Vanessa James, and Vicky Ogden.
Simon Senecal and Amani Fancy have joined the show following Matt Evers' departure.
