Ellie Leach can’t stop blushing as she’s quizzed on her romance with Vito Coppola TWICE on This Morning

STRICTLY winners Ellie Leach and Vito Coppola squirmed as they were quizzed on their romance on This Morning.

The pair joined the lunchtime show today to announce a new TV project.

But presenter Craig Doyle asked the question on everyone's lips when he said: "People ask me two things about you, are they a couple, and does Vito shave his chest?"

Ellie, 22, looked stunned and her face flushed red, as Vito answered by showing off his pecks.

Giggling, Ellie told Craig and co-host Josie Gibson: "I kind of started Strictly a girl and I left a woman, and I have grown in confidence so much and fallen in love with dancing so much."

But the Coronation Street actress continued to blush, after dodging the question.

Ever the pro interviewer, Craig, 50, asked them if they were an item again at the end of the chat.

He said: "So are you a couple, come on people want to know?"

"We have a great great relationship! And we are going to ..." Vito responded.

Ellie interupted him but refused to confirm or deny their romance.

She said: "Yes, we made a promise weeks ago - we had a little joke - ‘if we make it to the final, why don’t we get a tattoo? - but we didn’t expect to get there.

"And that will be the symbol of our bond and our friendship that we’ve made over Strictly.

"It was a tattoo of the aubergine," Vito added.

Earlier, the stars revealed they are set to join This Morning and will teach members of the public how to dance.

And they're going to give the lessons to three lucky couples who apply to the show.

Ellie told viewers: "I am going to be turning into a teacher, and we are going to be giving three couples some dancing lessons.

"You know when couples go to an event a wedding or birthday or something like that and you're always trying to get one of them up to dance, and one is like, come on, so we are going to show them a little bit of moves.

"Everyone can dance, yes," Vito added.

Craig responded: "So that's the announcement."

Craig and Josie then asked viewers to apply for the classes via email.

Ellie and Vito raised a few eyebrows during their stint in Strictly - and many thought that they were secretly an item.

And they added fuel to rumours when Ellie admitted she was struggling without him after the show as they took to time out to be with their families over Christmas.

Days before Vito dropped another huge romance hint with Ellie.
