Next week viewers can expect to see ambulance staff terrorised as an angry mob gathers outside the medical building, and Dr Stevie causing chaos on the ward with her new rules.

She has been strictly adhering to the new security system which can see certain patients red carded.

When Sah and Jacob end up transporting an injured asylum seeker to the hospital, this slows them down in an already dangerous situation.

The refugee, called Habid, was accused of harassing a teenage girl in the local community.

A mob of angry people gathered outside of the hospital to protest his care when he was being taken in for treatment, endangering both him and the ambulance workers.

Sah and Jacob drive as close to the hospital as they can to try and transport Habid across without being attacked, but the furious group cuts them off.

To make matters worse, when Jacob calls to check Habid's standing on the new security system, Stevie insists on being given his date of birth.

Without it she will not allow him to enter the emergency ward - leaving Jacob scrambling for the information.

Sah hits out at the new system, complaining that it leaves paramedics in a vulnerable position.

Meanwhile, Teddy finds himself battling with guilt over a big secret he is hiding.

He eventually confesses to Jodie that he still is with his girlfriend Paige, and had cheated on her during their one night stand.

His co-worker was left angered by the exchange and told him not to involve her in his private life in the future.

Jodie has enough problems of her own after her kidney tests come back positive and she realises she could be a match for Max.

She is left with the difficult decision of whether to donate her organs to him or not.

Casualty begins at 9:20pm on Saturday at BBC1.
