‘The clues are all there’ say Masked Singer fans as they ‘work out’ ITV legend is on the show as Owl

THE Masked Singer fans have claimed they've "worked out" an ITV legend is Owl on the show.

The Scottish star quickly did the rounds on social media as fans said she was behined the beaked mask.

On Saturday night judge Davina McCall suggested Owl wasn't a professional singer.

While viewers on Reddit noted that the character "half sang half talked some of her words", and claimed they recognised her "giggle".

Meanwhile, they linked the nocturnal bird to Lorraine Kelly because the presenter gets up in the middle of the night to prepare for her morning presenting slot.

Taking to X, formerly Twitter, one viewer said: "Don’t care how sad this tweet makes me sound! Owl on #maskedsinger is 100% Lorraine Kelly."

Another said: "I’m very late to #MaskedSingerUK #MaskedSinger today but just catching up and from voice alone Owl is giving me very Lorraine Kelly vibes."

One more remarked: "Owl sounded like Lorraine Kelly?"

Own is wearing a red and gold blazer paired with a red, gold, and purple striped tie, a white shirt, leather belt, and red shorts.

But Lorraine has addressed the rumours and repeatedly denied speculation she's the face behind Owl.

She spoke about the series on her show on ITV on Monday.

Entertainment reporter Tyler West, 27, threw her hat into the ring and said he thought the broadcaster was the wide-eyed star.

Lorraine retorted: "Me, me, I can't possibly say."

Perhaps trying to deviate attention, she continued: "I would agree with the theory that it's [footballer] Alex Scott because, while tangerine is the colour of Dundee United which it is, it's also the colour of Blackpool and she was on Strictly."

Lorraine then went on to reveal how she will be a guest judge so said she couldn't possibly do both - but Tyler disagreed.

He also said she had been to a Kylie concert recently - with the Owl taking to the stage to belt out the Aussie star's track Padam.

And he called out the fact Lorraine has a dog and an early-morning alarm - with the owl being nocturnal.

As she attempted to be coy, Lorraine added: "I'm saying I'm not saying anything, is what I am saying

"Because ... well ... somebody said they thought I was the rat and I'm not sure how I feel about that to be honest.

"So I maybe or maybe not."

The Owl star has certainly caused a stir on the ITV reality series.

Previously, fans were convinced soap star Kym Marsh was behind the beaked mask.

Many insisted it was Waterloo Road star Kym after linking Owl's school uniform costume with the BBC drama.
