LOVE Island favourite Liberty Poole is said to have had "no idea" that she'd be stuck in a villa with her "gaslighting" ex Jake Cornish before signing up to All Stars.
Liberty, who appeared on the seventh series of ITV2 dating show in 2021, is hoping for third time lucky after signing up to the spin-off series just a few months after competing on Love Island The Games.
But the Dancing on Ice star, 24, will be left mortified as she is set to reunite with former flame Jake, 26 - three years after their messy split.
A source exclusively told The Sun: “Liberty and Jake haven’t spoken since the split and she’s avoided ever having to come face to face at celeb parties - so she’ll be horrified when she realises she has to live with him for the next few weeks.
"It’s going to be really awkward for her.”
Love Island stars do not know who will be joining them in the villa, as each member of the cast is kept in quarantine until the launch.

Liberty quit Love Island in 2021 just days before the final after she realised that Jake wasn’t the one.
The former waitress was one of the original Islanders of series seven.
She coupled up with Jake on day one and the pair - who were nicknamed Jiberty - seemed to be going from strength to strength.
However cracks soon started to show when the lad hinted that he wasn’t attracted to her.

Liberty took matters into her own hands and left the villa as a singleton.
Since her first stint, the Brummy lass has taken part in ITV'S Dancing On Ice and Love Island Games.
Meanwhile, Weston Super Mare lad Jake swapped careers shortly after leaving the villa to become a furniture salesman.
After Liberty and Jake quit the villa, the blonde babe refused to rule out claims her ex was "playing a game" in the villa after he was slammed by furious fans.
She admitted that she doesn't know if he had a "game plan" when he coupled up with her.
ITV2 viewers accused Jake of sticking with the blonde beauty to guarantee a place in the final — given her immense popularity.
Liberty exclusively told The Sun: “I think only Jake can answer that question, it's hard to comment on what people are seeing, and you guys are seeing it from an outside perspective, whereas I was in the relationship.
“And obviously when you love someone you don't think of them playing a game. But only Jake can answer that."
She added: "I do actually think his feelings were genuine. I think that the connection was genuine, but things went sour. But I do think he
genuinely liked me.
"I just was questioning whether obviously he loved me the way I loved him.”
