LOVE Island All Stars fans are convinced that Jacques O'Neill is heading back into the villa - despite quitting first time around.

Jacques, 24, appeared on the ITV2 dating show in 2022, but decided to leave the villa after struggling with his mental health and ADHD.

The former professional rugby player has now dropped a huge hint that he is set to return to the villa after he posted a picture of him about to board a flight at the airport on Sunday.

He captioned it with the eyes emoji, which lead fans to believe that she star is making an epic Love Island comeback.

One wrote: "I feel like there's a chance he's been told to post that to cause speculation but I could be wrong and he could actually be on it."

A second shared: "I’m honestly so confused, I thought the show wasn’t good for his mental health but he’s going back??"

But another viewer suggested: "I think half of these airport and bag shots are decoys though. They have probably received payment to post them."

While this person said Jacques would be the prime candidate for the show and added:  "He's obvious casting for All Stars: generator of conflict, not afraid to get into the mix, huge rabid fan base (meaning he’ll bring in viewers), likely desires a 'redemption' narrative.

"In my opinion, He’s also better looking than most of the other men who’ve been rumoured, and you need sex appeal in there to get people to make moves.

"If you only want 'nice' people who didn’t find love on their original season, it would be the most boring show on earth."

Speaking exclusively to The Sun following his shock villa exit two years ago, he revealed exactly what happened after he made the decision - including being denied his phone and kept in a separate apartment with security guards.

After walking out of the villa - and declining producers’ attempts at getting him to return once more, Jacques was whisked away to a separate apartment.

There he stayed for two days without contact with the outside world.

Instead there was a security guard and two producers monitoring him.

He said: "They went to bed and I stayed off watching TV and there was a fire stick there and I thought I’ll just search my name.

"And I wish I didn’t because the way I felt googling my name and seeing everyone hating me I didn’t know what to do with myself.

"I didn’t sleep that night I just stayed awake, because I was so scared of going out that villa and going home and even facing people in the street.

“It rocked me. It was really scary. I was up till six in the morning, but in the end I had to knock on one of the producers’ doors and just have a cuddle from them, because I just felt awful about myself, and I just wanted someone to tell me it was going to be OK.

“I just felt like it was all negative and everyone hated me.

“I didn’t have suicidal thoughts but I did want to go into hiding for a bit because I was scared of people seeing me.

“I have minutes and hours when I feel down and there is nothing for me.”

Jacques grew close to Welsh paramedic Paige Thorne during their stint on Love Island when the rugby player entered the villa on day seven.

The pair went from strength to strength on the ITV2 dating show, but things turned sour when she found out Jacques kissed Cheyanne Kerr in Casa Amor.

After deciding to forgive him, Adam Collard entered the villa and caught Paige's eye.

Jacques decided that it was time for him to leave the show, which meant that Paige and Adam cracked on.
