The Chase star Mark Labbett sparks concern for host Bradley Walsh
THE CHASE star Mark Labbett has sparked concern amongst fans for host Bradley Walsh.
Mark AKA The Beast, 58, has been working alongside the popular presenter, 63, since the show started in 2009.
But in a new interview, the quiz genius admitted that he and his fellow Chasers like to "keep an eye" on Bradley so he doesn't overdo too much in work.
It comes after Mark talked about the gruelling The Chase filming schedule they all endure, which can often be recording up to 200 episodes per year.
Bradley also has many other commitments, which incudes filming ITV's The Larkins.
Speaking to , Mark said: "Our biggest worry is Bradley being 63 now. Every month, we’re going, 'You okay, Brad? How’s the health?' Wrap him in bubble wrap!

"He’s so damn popular you’re more worried about what he signed up for now."
Last year, as well as hosting The Chase, Bradley hosted The Royal Variety Performance and is set to host the rebooted of Gladiators, alongside his son Barney next week.
He also hosts BBC hit Blankety Blank.
Meanwhile, The Sun recently revealed how Mark and his girlfriend Hayley Palmer have taken a huge step in their whirlwind romance.

The quiz pro and TV presenter Hayley have come up with the perfect formula to allow fans into their everyday lives.
Mark and Good Morning Britain regular Hayley, 41, are teaming up to host a podcast.
A source told The Sun: “Hayley and Mark are stronger than ever, and they’re keen to invite fans into their relationship like never before.
“While they’re both super busy with their TV careers, they’ve decided to put some time aside each week to record their very own podcast - which is sure to give Abbey Clancy and Peter Crouch a run for their money!"
“They’ll cover everything from Mark wooing Hayley with his Toby Carvery card to dating in the public eye, shopping trips, their big rule of not sharing chips and hilarious inside jokes.
“The two of them are excited to spend some quality time together over the festive period and will get to work on their new project in the New Year.”
Mark split from his wife Katie, 30, mum of his five-year-old son Lawrence, during the pandemic in 2020 and was then struck with a bout of Covid.
The ITV quizzer has lost 9st since embarking on a “complete nutrition overhaul” in 2020.
Hayley said: “He looks incredible. I’m so proud of him. He looks really good.”
