‘Pure chaos – my jaw was on the floor’ say shocked The Traitors fans who are ‘screaming at the TV’ over cliffhanger end

THE Traitors fans are in a frenzy after last night's tense episode, which ended on a nail-biting cliffhanger.

The third episode of the BBC show aired yesterday, and show fans are on edge after they were left in the dark about who will be banished next.

The show, which is hosted by Claudia Winkelman, sees players compete to make it through the rounds of banishment and still be standing at the end. 

With a pot of money as the reward, if all the traitors have been banished when the game ends, then the remaining faithful split the money, but if there are any traitors left, the traitors split the cash instead.

At the end of the latest episode of The Traitors, Ash and Brian received six votes each, while Diane received three during a tense and awkward roundtable voting session.

Before Anthony could give his vote, the camera cut to the mansion, and the credits started rolling in. 

After the nerve-racking episode aired, viewers of the show took to X(Tittwer) and expressed how shocked they were when the latest instalment ended on such a tense cliffhanger.

One user tweeted: “Just screamed at the TV for the cliffhanger at the end of episode 3 of #TheTraitors. 

A second penned: “Was a bit worried #TheTraitors would lose its shine second time around, and the novelty might have worn off, but now I've watched it all on iPlayer, I can truly say it's even better this time round.

“And episode 3 is some of the best reality TV I've ever seen. WE ARE NOT WORTHY.”

Another added: “Cannot believe that twist in episode 3 of #TraitorsUK.’ with a mind-blown emoji.

A third wrote: “Just screamed at the TV for the cliffhanger at the end of episode 3 of #TheTraitors.”

Another user followed: “This show does bad things to my blood pressure!”

One viewer summed up the episode and typed: “Without spoiling…episode 3 of The Traitors is just magnificent and definitely the wildest hour in the UK version by a country mile.  Pure chaos, drama and unforeseen outcomes you’ve never seen on this show before!! #TheTraitors.”

A fifth said: “The cliffhanger at the end of episode 3!! I can’t wait until next week! #TheTraitorsUK #TheTraitors.”

A sixth echoed: “Holy fuck, that episode 3 cliffhanger is evil. Can’t believe I have to wait till next week to find out how it goes 😮#TheTraitors.”

While another fan asked: “NOT THE CLIFFHANGER EPISODE 3 I NEED TO KNOW IF ASH OR BRIAN IS BANISHED??? #TheTraitors.”

On Reddit show, fans have already started predicting who will leave the show in the next episode, with many placing their bets on Brian leaving the show.

One user predicted: “I’ve been back and forth on this, but I thiiiiiiiiiink I’ve settled on Anthony voting for Brian. 

“He was so messy I would certainly vote for him, lol. My thinking is that the editors would’ve kept Ash leaving in ep 2 as it’ll be pretty anti climactic if it happens at the start of ep 3.

I think they voted her because she’s not a good traitor, and they want to recruit someone else in her place who will be better at it.”

Another assumed: “I think Brian's gone. It's rare to get a traitor so early, plus Brian's actions really didn't help him.

“If I'm right, it'll be interesting to see what Paul says to Ash in the Traitor's Tower afterwards. Will he tell her she's "underperforming" to her face?”

During episode two of the BBC show, Sonja, 66, was given the boot after receiving the most votes from her co-stars during the awkward meeting.
