Michelle Keegan ‘set for Hollywood blockbuster after catching the eye of top bosses with hit Netflix Fool Me Once role’
MICHELLE Keegan is said to be set for a Hollywood blockbuster after catching the eye of top bosses with her hit Netflix show Fool Me Once.
The TV series hit the streaming service at the beginning of the year - and the actress has impressed fans with her new role.
Michelle, 36, plays Maya Stern in the eight-part drama which is an adaption of author Harlan Coben's 2016 novel with the same name.
According to reports, her work on the show has left many wanting to work with her.
A source said: "The response to Fool Me Once has been overwhelming.
"The phone calls and offers have been coming in from Hollywood film executives, it's different to anything Michelle has experienced before.

"Netflix is a global platform and the show has given her the opportunity to shine."
They added to : "Her career has already been a success but now her star is rising, everyone can feel that this is the beginning of something special.
"Michelle feels lucky that she's always played likeable characters but now she's hoping to take it up a notch by landing a film role.
"She aspires to play a dark character in a hard-hitting thriller, which will be a challenge that she's completely ready for."
Fool Me Once has an incredible cast with the likes of Richard Armitage, Adeel Akhtar and Joanna Lumley.
It comes just days after Michelle wowed in a chic double denim look as she promoted the new thriller.
Michelle has appeared in various TV shows over the years.
The star shot to fame in 2008 when she took on the role of Tina McIntyre in Coronation Street.
She is also known for playing Georgie Lane in Our Girl, Kate in Ten Pound Poms and Erin Croft in Brassic.
