This Morning’s ‘most compatible’ presenters revealed – and it’s not Alison and Dermot
A BODY language expert has revealed who This Morning’s "most compatible" presenters are - and it’s not Alison Hammond and Dermot O'Leary.
According to Darren Stanton, who analysed the regular couples, Rylan Clark and Cat Deeley came out top.
That's despite fans calling for Rylan to host the show permanently alongside Emma Wills.
Rylan and Emma had fans calling for producers to make the pair a permanent fixture when it comes to the ITV daytime show, after hosting alongside each other this week.
However, speaking on behalf of , behaviourist Darren insists Rylan is better suited to Cat, thanks to their "infectious" chemistry and being able to "let go and be themselves" on screen.
Following closely behind is Rylan and Emma, as the duo are described as "telepathic" and "very in sync", as the TV stars work "perfectly" together.

Rylan then found himself in joint third place while presenting with Josie Gibson and Alison. Darren revealed that Rylan brings out "a great side" of Josie, and it’s "as though they’ve known each other all their lives".
Meanwhile Darren claims the least compatible couple is Cat and Craig Doyle.
Rylan and Cat
“Rylan and Cat come across as best friends and it’s infectious for the audience," says Darren.
"They have a lot of fun on screen and they can let go and be themselves in front of the viewers.

"There’s a great level of chemistry here, and as a viewer, you feel like you’re in the same room as them.
"You can tell Rylan loves presenting. It’s his passion and he cares a lot about it.
"Rylan and Cat are very comfortable with each other. He shows Cat a lot of respect, and that is key to success.
"They aren’t fighting for airtime, they’re just enjoying themselves.”
Rylan and Emma Willis
Darren reveals: “Rylan and Emma are seamless when they’re presenting together.
"They work perfectly together. Emma is a very experienced presenter, and Rylan is very easy-going and is always willing to step up to a challenge.
"Interviews with guests come very naturally to him. They read each other very well, and they come across as very in sync with one another.
"Neither of them speaks over the other, and they just fit. When people aren’t comfortable around each other, it will be very obvious on screen.
"It will come across as robotic and bitty when waiting for each other’s turn, but you don’t see any of that with Rylan and Emma.
"They show no signs of nervousness around each other either, which is a very good sign.”
Rylan Clark and Josie Gibson
“Rylan and Josie have really great chemistry, trust with each other and banter", reveals Darren.
"Rylan seems to slot in perfectly well with any of the presenters. There isn’t anyone who he doesn’t gel with.
"Josie is a very strong personality and Rylan brings a great side out of her. This pairing is also very compatible and seem to get on very well with each other.
"There’s never any awkwardness and they always have guests laughing along with them, but also super professional when it comes to their jobs.
"They come across as very natural, and it’s as if they’ve known each other all their lives.”
Alison Hammond and Rylan
Darren insists: “Alison and Rylan are two very strong personalities and many would assume them to clash when it comes to sharing airtime.
"You would think there would be a case of territorial issues between them, but they both get on really well together.
"They’re one of the strongest presenting duos by far. People really like them presenting together.
"They both have a lot of energy and don’t shy away either. Presenting comes naturally to the pair of them.
"They have a very good dynamic as both Alison and Rylan bounce off of each other cleverly.”
Alison and Dermot
“Alison and Dermot balance each other out perfectly," Darren says.
"They get on well together although they are completely different characters.
"You can tell they work hard together and are each other’s support when they need it. They don’t come across as nervous or out of place, they’ve adjusted to their roles.
"I do feel that Alison often takes the lead over Dermot, but he is happy with that.
"He is happy to step back when it feels right. Alison has the stronger personality, even though Dermot has more experience. Alison has more resilience, while Dermot carries himself well with his inner strength.”
Craig and Rochelle
Darren claims: “Craig and Rochelle have good chemistry together. They work really well on screen and genuinely get on.
"While they’re new to the line-up, they have got a nice bond. I think it works better for him to present with Rochelle instead of Cat as they have similar personalities and experiences as presenters.
"Craig isn’t nervous or awkward around Rochelle, so it makes me think they are a good match. She brings out a good side to Craig. When they present together, they’re both confident in their own ways.
"In terms of who is more dominant in this pairing, I would say they’re equally dominant. They balance each other out quite well and no one is overpowering the other.”
Josie and Craig
“Josie and Craig have a fun connection between them on and off the TV screen. There’s a lot of natural chemistry and they can enjoy themselves in each other’s company.
"Josie is the most dominant personality between her and Craig. Craig is a pretty quiet guy.
"He puts his hands in his pockets quite a lot, and that is to comfort himself when he’s feeling a bit nervous. It also denotes a bit of uncertainty from him.
"Josie is a great co-host for him in terms of building his confidence. Craig and Josie don’t have a massively close relationship, but they do get on well together and I can tell they’re good at supporting each other.
"What makes Josie so great on screen is her ability to have a laugh and let go of her nerves. It makes her relatable on so many levels and people enjoy that.”
Craig and Cat
“Craig and Cat aren’t massively compatible when they’re presenting together," Darren claims.
"They work as a duo and they get the job done, but there isn’t a lot of engagement between them. I don’t buy it with them.
"Cat is massively experienced and it comes naturally to her. However, I sense some nervousness from Craig when they’re together and it may be that he’s intimidated by her experience as a presenter.

"I could see signs of awkwardness from Craig and he was masking his emotions. Nervousness is coming through. Cat was the most confident out of the two.
"They don’t look that natural when they’re together and it comes across as quite distant at times.”
