JASMINE Harman has revealed the truth behind leaving the UK to live abroad - and her dream project away from A Place in the Sun.
Earlier this year Jasmine, 48, made the life-changing decision to move to Spain for good.
Since relocating her family there, the star now has a simpler commute to work.
It also means she can spend more time with her children and husband Jon Boast, whom she first met on A Place in the Sun.
Now the beloved host has opened up about the life-changing decision, revealing her family now have 'the lifestyle we've been wanting".
Speaking exclusively to The Sun Online, Jasmine said: "I see my children now, and we can - after school -go to the beach and have a scoot along the paseo or have an ice cream or whatever.

"Plus, we've got the lifestyle that we've been wanting. For me, it's been great because I've been able to go to work and then come back in the evening, which has never happened over the last 20 years.
"It's been lovely to be able to not have to go away for a week. And at the end of the day, sleeping in your own bed which is always nice."
While Jasmine loves A Place in the Sun, she also spilled the beans on her plans for an exciting new venture into interior design.
Jasmine said: "I was actually talking to someone the other day, and I was like, I need to do my own vegan ethical, sustainable interior space.

"It's funny because I did my my house in London. I did all the interiors and when we had the house renovated I did the whole vegan interior design project.
"It was amazing and it turned out so well."
But for now, fans do not have to worry, as Jasmine will be back on Channel 4 in the New Year with a brand new series of A Place in the Sun and its spin-off What Happened Next.
The spin-off will see the star reunite with the couples who bought properties on the show.
Speaking about the new series, Jasmine shared: "We just needed to tell people the full story because you feel like you've gone part way on that journey with them.
"So to be able to go back and find out, you know how what changes they've made to the properties. I mean, one of the couples that I went back to see had made enormous changes to their property.
"I almost didn't recognise it. When I went inside, I was like ‘this is completely different’.
"They even had created like a guest bedroom. They called it the Jasmine Suite. I was like ‘oh that's so lovely’.
