Charlotte Crosby goes topless after recovering from suspected pneumonia as she prepares for Christmas in the Maldives

CHARLOTTE Crosby has posed for a racy topless photo after recovering from a suspected bout of pneumonia.

The former Geordie Shore star stripped down to a pair of pyjama shorts and popped on a Father Christmas hat before working the camera.

Charlotte, 33, was stood next to the pool at her Sunderland mansion and covered her modesty with her arms.

Posting the shot on Instagram, she told her army of followers that she’d had a spray tan.

The last minute beauty treatment came as she prepares to fly to the Maldives for Christmas.

Charlotte said: “Going into Xmas weekend being SUN-KISSED for SANTA.”

Charlotte then thanked her personal tanner for getting her “Xmas ready”, before declaring: “MERRY CHRISTMAS EVERYONE.”

The mum-of-one is now looking the picture of health following a hospital dash last week.

Charlotte had visited A&E with suspected pneumonia after telling fans she’d been floored by an “unbearable” illness for six weeks.

She said she had been in and out of medical appointments after struggling to shake off a chest infection and ended up in A&E.

Charlotte, 33, wrote on social media: “It’s been a very long 5/6 weeks of on and off coughing/ chest infections. And the whole time I’ve been struggling I’ve been doing the very most work wise.

“Travelling up and down the country, trains, cars and almost planes. A couple of occasions even losing my entire voice at work. I’ve not been able to carry out some of the stuff I’ve had to.”

Meanwhile, Charlotte – who is mum to one-year-old Alba – is getting ready to fly to the Maldives with her family for Christmas.

The star and her relatives are choosing to spend the festive period abroad this year following the death of Charlotte’s grandmother Jean last November.

As a result, Charlotte isn’t even bothering to decorate her house.

She told , “We’re gonna do a small little tree just for Alba’s sake, like a little one that you put at the table.

“This is a first time abroad I’ve never done a Christmas away and we’re not doing any presents. It’s just about making some memories, like amazing memories, on a big family holiday.”

Charlotte and her loved ones were left devastated when her nana Jean passed away.

At the time, she penned a heartbreaking tribute and described her nan as ‘the love of her life’.

“Heartbroken doesn’t come close to how I’m feeling. The love of my life and the light of my life,” Charlotte said.

“From a little girl until now I have adored every inch of you. My brave strong nana. My beautiful nana.

“You were there when I entered the world and I was there when you took your last breath and left.

“I don’t think my world will ever be the same without you. I named my daughter after you for a reason nana I don’t think you will ever truly know how much I loved and adored you and still do.

“So many memories and this video is just a glimpse into them and it’s where I can constantly watch and relive them, it’s where I can come to see you anytime I want.”
