ADAM collard has left fans hot under the collar as he went topless after sharing his ‘marriage and kids’ plans with girlfriend Laura Woods recently.

The Love Island hunk took of his shirt as he enjoyed an intense work out at the gym in his latest Instagram post.

Adam, 28 did weights, and ran on the treadmill while showing off his incredibly toned physique.

The fitness influencer donned a light grey pair of gym shorts and pair of bright yellow and orange running shoes.

Adam penned: "Full of cold. But chest and abs."

Fans were left swooning over him in the comments section.

It comes after the reality TV star recently shared his plans for 'marriage and kids' with his girlfriend, Laura Woods.

The 28-year-old is spending his first Christmas with a girlfriend at their house since he was 21.

Adam admitted he was over the moon with how his relationship has progressed in recent months, with plans to move in together on the cards.

Speaking exclusively to The Sun, Adam said: "Me and Laura are going very very well. I'm very excited for Christmas, I think I haven't done a Christmas at a girl's house since I was 21.

"I'm going to go to hers first and then she's going to come to mine after.

"I'm going to her parents, so it's pretty special. I've met them and they've given me the thumbs up - luckily they don't read many papers."

Adam added during an interview with OnlyAccounts.com: "I'm protective, whether it's Laura, or my family, my friends.

"I want to get married. I want to have kids as well. I've always thought, what type of person will I be? How can I protect my kids?

The couple took some time off from their busy schedules to enjoy a blissful vacation together.

Adam, has recently gone on a romantic getaway to the picturesque city of Amsterdam with, Laura Woods.

The pair cozied up to each other at an art exhibition, with Adam's arm around Laura as they laughed.

Adam excitedly shared more snaps from their getaway, giving fans a glimpse of the sightseeing they enjoyed in Amsterdam.
