Shamed Towie star Chloe Brockett ‘begs bosses for her job back’ as future hangs in the balance
TOWIE star Chloe Brockett has begged ITV bosses for her job back as her future on the ITVBe show hangs in the balance.
Sources close to the star tell The Sun that the reality star is terrified she is going to be let go from the series months after she was suspended for allegedly throwing a glass at a co-star.
The insider said: "Chloe still doesn't know whether she will be asked back and it's really stressing her out.
"She recently bumped into someone very senior at ITV backstage at an event and took the opportunity to campaign to be allowed back onto the show.
"It was really quite awkward as the matter is still being investigated and it put the bigwig in quite an uncomfortable situation as it's not just their decision. It was really unprofessional," the source revealed.
"Time will tell if Chloe is given another chance, but given this is the second time she has messed up, it wouldn't be a good look for ITV or production company Lime Pictures to take her back.

"They have to take a firm stance on this kind of thing and can't be seen to condone reckless behaviour."
Chloe was suspended from the show after she threw three glasses at co-star Roman Hackett during a furious bust up.
A shocked onlooker told The Sun how Chloe exploded with fury at Roman during filming in Brentwood, Essex.
The incident between Chloe, 22, and Roman, 29, led to crisis talks at ITV, with a spokesperson confirming today she will not be returning to Towie filming this series.

A source said: “Chloe and Roman’s row escalated so quickly no one saw it coming.
“They were arguing then Chloe threw a drink on Roman.
“He swilled one back and then suddenly she threw three glass tumblers at Roman who was right in front of her.”
The onlooker said how show extras and crew looked stunned as the row played out in front of their eyes.
The source added: “There was glass everywhere, it was so shocking.
“Roman looked absolutely stunned at what had happened.
“It looked like Chloe had snapped and had just grabbed the closest thing to hand to throw.”
Filming was halted after the row and Chloe was told she was being suspended.
The source said: “Their fight is the talk of Essex because so many people saw it happen.
“Chloe has made a big mistake. It was all caught on camera too but it’s likely those scenes will never be shown.”
A Towie spokesperson added: “Chloe Brockett will not be returning to filming for the remainder of the series.”
A source close to the show added: “Chloe has apologised to Roman following the incident.”
This isn't the first time that Chloe has acted upon her rage.
Last April, when not filming for Towie, Chloe threw an ice bucket at Ella Rae Wise but ended up hitting a woman who was left covered in blood.
Eyewitnesses told how Chloe allegedly threw the Grey Goose cooler at Ella but it missed and hit the bystander.

The incident happened at The Perception Bar at W London Hotel.
Chloe also previously had a bust with Chloe and Demi Sims – with the trio causing a headache for bosses after refusing to be in the same room together.
The Sun has approached Chloe's representatives for comment.
